Hi, I’m Maithreyi — an energy therapist passionate about helping high-achieving women find emotional balance, inner peace, and resilience.

My Journey

My journey into energy therapy began during one of the most challenging times of my life. Following a miscarriage during my first pregnancy, I was faced with the emotional turbulence and physical recovery that so many women silently endure. It took over eight months to regain my physical strength — but emotionally, I struggled much longer.

Searching for relief from anxiety and overwhelm, I turned to Pranic Healing, guided by my mother, an experienced energy healer. Although initially sceptical, I soon began to notice profound shifts: a sense of calm returning, clarity replacing anxiety, and strength quietly rebuilding within me.

The true turning point came when medical tests showed complete healing — with no medication, no lifestyle changes, and no conventional interventions. It was a moment of profound realisation: energy healing doesn't just soothe — it transforms.

Today, I’m proud to be a mother of two, living proof of the resilience of the human spirit and the extraordinary potential of energy work

I provide Pranic Healing sessions in a serene and nurturing environment, designed to promote deep relaxation and overall well-being. My practice is located in a private space at the back of my garden, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of London. This ensures a comfortable, distraction-free experience, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in your healing journey. Whether you seek stress relief, emotional balance, or physical healing, the space is intentionally created to support your path to wellness.

Can’t visit in person? Distance healing sessions are available, allowing you to experience the benefits of Pranic Healing from the comfort of your own home.
