Cancellation Policy

At Happy & Healed, we understand that schedules can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness to all clients. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee.

2. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client. The full session fee will still apply.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

3. Emergency Cancellations

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Policy

  • Prepaid sessions and packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or individual with prior approval.

  • If we need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
