Cancellation Policy

At Happy & Healed, we understand that schedules can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness to all clients. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee.

2. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client. The full session fee will still apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

3. Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Policy

Prepaid sessions and packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or individual with prior approval.

If we need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
