Pranic Healing is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. We do not diagnose or prescribe medication.
Clients are responsible for consulting a healthcare provider before starting any alternative therapy.
All sessions, whether in-person or remote, are intended for energy balancing and relaxation purposes only.

3. Payment & Bookings

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments via Bank transfer, UK Debit cards and Cash.
Failure to provide payment may result in the cancellation of your session.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

Happy & Healed and its practitioners are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.
Energy healing results vary by individual, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Clients assume full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after sessions.

5. Confidentiality

Any personal information shared during sessions remains strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.
